Nimara Sàrl (“Nimara”, “we”) takes the protection of your data seriously. This page explains what data we collect through nimara.io and midi.nimara.io, why, who it is shared with, and what your rights are, in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nLPD/FADP).

We never sell your data. It is only shared with the providers above, strictly for the purposes described.
nimara.io uses Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. This tracker only fires after you consent, via the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your mind at any time by clearing nimara.io's site data in your browser, which will show the banner again.
In addition, nimara.io uses an in-house, cookie-free audience measurement that is never shared with any advertising third party: on each visit, a temporary session identifier (generated in your browser, not linked to your identity) is associated with the page viewed, the device used and the visit's referral source, so we can track traffic and improve the site. This data is kept for 12 months, then deleted.
The shop at midi.nimara.io (where you place your order) uses no advertising tracker.
Under the FADP, you may at any time request access to your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its processing. Simply write to bonjour@nimara.io — we reply within 30 days.
Access to our database is protected and compartmentalized by function; no card data ever transits or resides on our servers — Stripe handles that, under industry security standards (PCI-DSS).
This policy may be updated; the date at the top of the page shows the latest revision. Any substantial change will be flagged on the site.
